In a typical white masseria of 1800s lady Lucia Dalessio together with her family keeps alive old traditions and old recipes for the production of typical products. Olives and vegetables are cultivated in the family’s lands. The aim of the farm is to produce a selected product by following the cycle of the season for offer to its customers a fresh product just picked and preserved in extra virgin olive oil of secular trees.
