Patè of lampascioni in extra virgin olive oil of Puglia
 

Ingredients:

lampascioni (typical wild onions), extravirgin olive oil, vinegar and salt;

Used for:

bread, toast and as a sauce on boiled and roast meat or fish;

Preservation:

vacuum-packed and pasteurized product. Once opened preserve it in a refrigerator and consume in 30 days;
